| Description | Counterpart lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Nicholas Boate of Warwicke, clerk of St Mary's Church, of a messuage in Brittayne Lane in Warwick, late in the tenure of Andrew Briscoe, deceased, and then of Nicholas Boate, to be held from the feast of the Annunciation last past (25 Mar) for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 30 shillings, with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Boate covenants to keep in good repair.
