DescriptionIndenture of agreement between Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory in or near the borough of Warwick, knight and baronet, of one part and Edward Saunders, Richard Lee, Thomas Cooper, Thomas Higgins, George Neale, Humfrey Kerby, Thomas Warner, Abraham Greene, John Yardley, Thomas Ridgley, gentlemen, William Harmer, woollen draper, Thomas Greene, baker, Humfrey Crane, mercer, Thomas Griffin the younger, yeoman, Thomas Saunders, yeoman, William Ley, mercer and Thomas Cawdrey, butcher, all of the borough of Warwick (except for Saunders, who was of Longbridge) and all the feoffees of the messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments of Thomas Okens, gentleman, deceased, of the other part, for the discharge of arrears, upon payment of £5 10s to Puckering, for an annual rent of 3s 4d payable out of the messuage or tenement called the Corner Tenement in Castle Street in the borough of Warwick.
