| Description | Indentures of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Ralph Starley of the borough of Warwick, carpenter, of a messuage in Church Street in the borough of Warwick (between a messuage late in the tenure of Anne Whitinge, widow, on the south, and a messuage of John Weale in the tenure of Henry Hopkins on the north), late in the tenure of Thomas Cawdrey, then of Ralph Sharley, to be held from the next feast of St MIchael [29 Sep] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rents of 20 shillings and a good couple of hens at Shrovetide.
