| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Richard Wharam of the borough of Warwick, tailor, of a messuage in Church Street in Warwick (between a messuage late in the tenure of Anne Whiteing, widow, on the south, and a messuage of John Weale in the tenure of Henry Hopkins, on the north), late in the tenure of Thomas Cawdrey, butcher, and then of Richard Whitehead, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep] for a term of 17 years, at the annual rents of 20 shillings.and a couple of good hens at Shrovetide.
