| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, knight and baronet, to William Mayoe of Warwick, carpenter, of a messuage in a place or street called the High Cheap Horsemarket in the borough of Warwick (between the messuage of Katherine Densey to the south and a messuage in the tenure of Ralph Sharley to the north), late in the tenure of Margery Shinton, widow, to be held for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 20 shillings.
