| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Gilbert Biker of Warwick, butcher, of a messuage in a street called Saltisford in Warwick (extending in length from the street to a close of Sir Thomas Puckering called Pigwell), then in the tenure of Gilbert Biker, to be held from the next feast of the Annunciation (25 Mar) for a term of 21 years, at the annual rents of 24 shillings and a good hen at Shrovetide, with an attached schedule describing the premises, which Biker covenants to keep in good repair.
