DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory in or near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Edward Hobbey of Warwick, husbandman, of a messuage and adjoining garden in a street or place called Saltisford in Warwick (between a tenement in the tenure of Agnes Lane, widow, and another tenement of Sir Thomas late in the tenure of John Moore), then in the tenure of Richard Tandy and Thomas Hollinshead, to be held from the feast of the Annuciation last past [25 Mar] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of 20 shillings.
