DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Dame Jane Bowyer of the Priory in or near Warwick, widow, and Henry Wise of Brompton Park, Middlesex, esquire, to Job Price of the borough of Warwick, gentleman, of the east part of the Great New House at the upper end of a street called Saltisford in the borough of Warwick, containing 4 ground rooms, and all other rooms, chambers and cellars above and below them, with the proportionate part of backbuildings, yard and gardens, with rights of common, all lately in the tenure of Moses Hodges, doctor of divinity, to be held from 29 September next for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £16.
