DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Matthew Wise of the Priory in or near the borough of Warwick, esquire, to Thomas Webb of the parish of Lillington, yeoman, of a messuage, with barns, stables, gardens, etc, and several old inclosures lying on the north side of the Common Street of Lillington (except for the tithe barn and yard), and 9 closes taken out of the Lillington Common Field called the Upper Field and a parcel of land taken out of the Lillington Common Field called the Rye Field [premises further described], containing 197 acres 21 perches, all in the parish of Lillington (reserving all timber, trees, etc), to be held from 25 March next for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £77 12s, with an additional £5 for each acre ploughed and £5 for each acre sown with rape, flax or hemp seed.
