DescriptionDeed of grant by William Wigan, vicar, George Hawes and Francis Gotobed, churchwardens, and Thomas Colby, Matthew Childe, William Munden and John Ilford, vestrymen and inhabitants, all of the parish of Kensington, Middlesex, to Henry Wise and George London, both of the same parish, gardeners, of the pew or seat in the body of parish church of Kensington adjacent to the middle or great aisle, measuring 8 feet by 3 feet, to be held for a term of 55 years for the annual rent ofa peppercorn, in consideration of £10, with provision for the payment of £5 to the church should Wise or London or either of them purchase the house they hold from Thomas Methwould at Brompton.
