Bound in leather, parchment folios, with typed note [made 1929] stuck on back of front cover on several documents transcribed in it being from the Register of the College Church, St Mary, Warwick, held at the Public Record Office under the description "Exchequer King's Remembrancer Miscellaneous Books vol. 22", with other documents of the Borough of Warwick, to which the site of the Collegiate was granted at the Dissolution.
