DescriptionDeed of grant by Sir Issac Heard, knight, Garter Principal King of Arms, and George Harrison, esquire, Clarenceaux King of Arms, to Jonathan Wathen Waller, late Phipps, of Braywick Lodge, Berkshire and of Twickenham, Middlesex, esquire, by warrant of HRH The Prince Regent granting royal licence and permission for him to take and use the surname, and bear the arms, of Waller, "from grateful and affectionate regard to the memory of his maternal Grandmother Ann Allen (formerly Ann Waller) and of his maternal great Uncle James Waller".
The coat of arms are depicted in colour in the top left hand corner, and a written heraldic description is included in the text.

Endorsed with recording in the College of Arms, 9 Sep 1814, and with the alteration of the grant, including a coloured depiction of it, signed by Garter and Clarenceaux, 22 May 1816 (also with a note of its recording in the College of Arms).
Seals: two, of Sir Isaac Heard and George Harrison are attached by blue ribbon tag in circular brass tins.
