Recites 15-16 Jan 1829, Edward Willes to Daniel Winter Burbury and John Morris of Warwick, builder (trustee), selling part of Quarry Field Meadow, adjoining River Leam, subject to covenant for Burbury not to make a bridge over the Leam; 2-3 Mar 1829, part sold by Burbury to Nicklin; 3-4 Jun 1829, sold on to John Brockman; 26-7 Mar 1830, further part sold by Burbury to Brockman; 26-7 Apr 1830, mortgaged by Brockman to Burbury for £350; 11 Mar 1831, mortgage increased by £300; 13-14 Jul 1841, mortgage (£1000) assigned to Richard Reynolds; 21-22 Oct 1831, part sold by Brockman to Samuel Bird, plasterer; 22 Feb 1833, Brockman bankrupt; the land sold to Edward Clarke, builder; further mortgage assignments;7-8 Jun 1836, part of land, with a house sold to James Hill; 9-10 Jun 1836, another part sold to James Hill. Now for £500, Willes releases the covenant against a bridge.
