| Description | Starts with series of docketed files from boxes 78-79. Includes records of major clients (Richard Edkins in boxes 126-7; John Jordan Haynes in box 118; John Stephens in boxes 114-6). Other records are mostly from boxes 132-148. Box 147 apparently originally contained a series of bundles of mixed contents. When catalogued, most of these had been separated into individual documents. These have been sorted by subject and re-bundled. Three bundles of miscellaneous material remained tied up. These have also been separated and sorted, but the original bundle and sequence is noted in the description. Documents from one other possibly original bundle that had been partly sorted are also noted. Bundle 2 comprised mainly but not entirely of draft agreements; bundle 3, predominantly draft notices. |
