DescriptionContaining 1 rood and situated in a place called "the Spinney" bounded on the E and S by lands awarded, by the Inclosure Act, to the Rev. T.R. Berkeley, rector, in lieu of his glebe lands, on the W by a close adjoining to the parsonage house belonging to the rector, and on the N by a "Home Close or Orchard" belonging to George Millington and John Errington (in the possession or holding of Mary Crossfield) and by a garden of the late Richard Hipwell (to be inclosed on the S side and at the E end by a brick wall). 3 Nov 1778.
