DescriptionExcepting such tenements which the same Abbot holds in Long Lalleford, of the fee of Waur', for the services to William of 10s. 2d. yearly, as for other tenements which are of the same fee of Waur' in Long Lalleford, he has given to the same Abbot the homage which thence he ought to have. Moreover he grants to the same Abbot and his successors ...... (illegible), in the free Court of the said manor: to wit 1 suit at the great Court after Easter and the other suit at the great Court after Michaelmas. He gives also for himself and his heirs that the same Abbot and his successors may have as full a view of Frankpledge, and whatever else appertains to the said manor. Further he grants to the said Abbot and his successors what touches them of the feoffment of Burge de Bendyngs, that they may have and hold the half of all the lordship towards the north, which Mabilia, who was the wife of Roger Pantolf, holds as dowry, also that they may have the homage and service of Philip Pantolf for 1 virgate of land which he had by the gift of Roger Pantolf; and of 1 virgate which he had by the gift of William Pantolf; also the homage and services of Roger de Bilveg, for 1 virgate of land; the homage and services of Agnes Randulf, for the fourth part of a virgate; the homage and services of William, son of Randulf, for 1 messuage; the homage and services of Philip Coci for the fourth part of a virgate of land with Thomas Bychede, and 1 cottage; with William Proudfot and his cottage; with Isable Locerce and her half cottage; with Agnes ..... (illegible) and her half cottage; with Ralph Sprot and his sequela, and a half virgate of land; with Robert le Sergant and his sequela and a half virgate; that cottage which Brualdus Buffard holds in Newbold; the homage and services of John de Pontefract for 1 virgate; and the homage and services of Geoffrey de Oldineford and Ysolde his wife, for 1 virgate; the homage and services of Geoffrey, son of Alexander, for 1 virgate; the homage and services of Peter le Noreys for 1 virgate of land; the same of John Rag, for a half virgate; the same of John, Baron Danvers, for 1 virgate and a quartern of a cottage, which the said Mabilia holds; with Nicholas Berd for a sequela and 1 virgate.
