Title	Lease (indented) for life, in survivorship, with warranty, from John Meryngton of Little Lalleford to John Forgo of Long Lalleford and Matilda, his wife and William their son, of a messuage and a ½ virgate of arable land in Lallford, lying near the messuage held by John Baron: to hold to the aforesaid for all their lives, or the life of the longer liver of them, rendering yearly to John, his heirs and assigns 10s. of silver, by equal parts, at the usual terms, and a heriot on the decease of any of them.

Description	Witnesses: Thomas Heert, Ralph de Waur: Richard de Ansty, Robert Wych, William Sowter of Lallford, and others. Given at Little Lallford, the Sunday next before the feast of St. Edith the Virgin, 33 Edward III. The aforesaid John Forg is absolved by the aforesaid John de Merynton for all other dues, provided that he builds a house on the messuage within the 3 years next following. Seal bag of sacking; tag.
