Description½ an acre lies at Raulotusbriege, between the land of the Prior of Kyrkeby, on the one hand and the land of Petronilla Seyane on the other; and another ½ acre lies on the Brocforlong between the land of a certain Peter de Dunchurch, and that of the said Prior: to hold to himself his heirs and assigns, of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services, freely etc. Rendering yearly to herself and her heirs, for 9 years, a rose at the feast of St. John the Baptist, for all secular services. And after those 9 years have elapsed, William, his heirs and assigns are to pay to Amicia and her heirs, 16 silver shillings at the feast of St. John the Baptist.
