Description | To hold to William and Robert for all the life of Brother Richard de Burton, one of their monks, and the aforesaid Robert Ansty: rendering to them and their successors yearly 10 silver marks at 2 terms of the year: Easter and Michaelmas, by equal portions, and to maintain all buildings in that grange and mend all ruined houses within the three years next following. They are not to make waste on that grange or meadow and if the rent is in arrears the grange is to be given up.
