| Description | The messuage lies between the land of the Prior of Kyrkeby on the one hand and the land of the lord of Waver, on the other, and the 5½ acres of land and rood etc., are divided in the fields, according to the metes and divisions: to hold the aforesaid messuage and lands to Roger and his heirs, freely etc., of the chief lord of the fee for the customary services. Witnesses: Roger de Swynfford, Richard Ansty, William Ansty, William Audeleye the younger, William Rose, and others.
