Description | To wit ½ an acre on the Brockforlong next Lallefordweye on the one hand and the land of Geoffrey de Swinford on the other; and ½ an acre on the Townforlong next the land of the Abbot of Puppewell, on the one hand and the land of John Ray on the other: to hold from Cheynel and his heirs to Andree and his heirs, to give, sell or assign as he wishes, freely etc., rendering yearly to Cheynel and his heirs or assigns, a ½d. at Nichaelmas for all secular services etc. For this gift Andre gave him a silver mark.
