| Description | 1½ acres on the Brockforlong, between the land of Geoffrey Fabri of Herebur' and the land of the said Richard; and ½ an acre which lies at Causton between the land of the monks of Pipewelle and the land of William, chaplain of Neubolde; and ½ an acre in Upper Lalleforde, which extends from there to the Hege between the land of John Raghe and the land of the mill: to hold of Cheynel and his heirs etc., to give or sell as he likes, freely etc., rendering yearly to Cheynel and his heirs 3 silver halfpennies at the feast of St. John the Baptist for all secular services and exactions.
