Description | She promises to repay the money to the said merchants or one of them, or their attorney, when he brings this document within the month next after the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 1272, at the New Temple, London, without any delay in payment. She binds herself and her heirs and all her worldly goods and those of her heirs, moveable and immoveable, now and in the future, wherever they may be to the said merchants their friends and heirs until the sum is fully paid. She promises that she will invoke no legal aid to evade payment, either from common or civil law, privilege of clergy, crusading vow or papal dispensation or royal pardon, or any other, and will appear in any place they choose and at any court.
