| Description | The former by an indenture dated 20th July last made with the aforesaid Bedford, sold to Bedford and his heirs a sixth part of all the possessions of the late dissolved monastery (the Priory of St. Mary) and all appurtenances; 2 other sixth parts of all the said monastery are part of the inheritance of Jenison, but have been sequestered for his recusancy. Jenison now promises to endeavour to have the sequestration removed and convey the lands concerned to Bedford. |
