Description | Thomas is responsible for necessary repairs, and Henry is responsible for any damage, for example by burning, and for taxes. If the rent is a month in arrears, Thomas can make a distress on the premises, until it is fully satisfied. Henry is also to provide carts to carry all material necessary for repairs, when they take place. He is to spread manor compost on the lands of the manor only, and at the end of the term 21 acres should be fallow.
