| Description | Dedication and consecration by Henry bishop of Lichfield and Coventry for additional burial ground in response to a petition by Rev Robert Swinson, vicar; John Summers, John Southam Evans, Richard Caldicott, John Ralphs and William Hitchens, churchwardens; and the parishioners for the construction and consecration of a new chapel and churchyard. The land has been acquired by His Majesty's Commissioners for building New Churches under several acts passed by the late King George III. |
