Recites decree in chancery of 18th May 1696 regarding three cases concerning the estate of Henry Beaufoy, deceased, one case between Ralph Issard and Mary his wife, William Stevenage and Lucy his wife, Samuel Garth and Martha his wife (the said Mary Issard, Lucy Stevenage and Martha Garth being the daughters of Henry Beaufoy, deceased), and Frances Beaufoy (the widow of Hercules Beaufoy who was the son of Henry Beaufoy) plaintiffs and Lady Charlotte Beaufoy (widow of Sir Henry Beaufoy who was the son of Henry Beaufoy) and Mary Beaufoy (infant daughter of the said Lady Charlotte) defendants, another between Lady Charlotte Beaufoy and Mary Beaufoy plaintiffs and Frances Beaufoy, William Stevenage and Lucy his wife, Samuel Garth and Martha his wife and William Bolton defendants and a third between William Bolton, plaintiff and Lady Charlotte Beaufoy, Mary Beaufoy, Ralph Issard and Mary his wife, William Stevenage and Lucy his wife, Samuel Garth and Martha his wife and William Colemore, defendants.
Recites the report of the Deputy Registrar into these cases listing the lands held by Lady Charlotte Beaufoy in dower and liable to the payment of £500 each to Mary Issard, Lucy Stevenage and Martha Garth, bequeathed to them in the will of Henry Beaufoy, the lands of Frances Beaufoy bequeathed to her for life in the will of Hercules Beaufoy and likewise to liable to the three payments of £500 and the lands liable for the payment of the debts of Hercules Beaufoy and for the payment of a £400 legacy to Mary Issard. Includes a schedule of the debts which affected the fee simple estate of Sir Henry Beaufoy paid off by Lady Beaufoy and a schedule of the unpaid debts of Hercules Beaufoy.
Recites decree of 8th Dec 1689 that as much of the lands belonging to Henry Beaufoy and liable to the payments of £500 should be sold as necessary to raise the same together with interest.
Recites the report of the Deputy Registrar detailing how much money is now due to the three daughters of Henry Beaufoy and the amounts to which each of the lands of Lady Beaufoy are liable for the payment. Recites which of the lands held by Frances Beaufoy with reversion to William Stevenage and Lucy his wife and Samuel Garth and Martha his wife are liable for the payment and how much each of them must pay.
