| Description | Writ for the collection of fines imposed by the court held at Warwick on 18th April 1653. Gives names of offenders, details of the offence and amount of the fine. The majority of fines were for diverting the course of the River Avon or Leam or for causing damage by not having a water gate on a water mill.
