| Description | The files were arranged in separate numerical groups according to the pre 1974 district councils. Each council was given a different prefix followed by a number identifying a single planning application. These numbers have been incorporated into the DocRefNo. Apart from the plans most of the files contain correspondence relating to the project and various application forms that form part of the planning process and occasionally there are photographs of buildings prior to alteration or demolition. |
