Title	Three closes (formerly 4) of 16A 1R 12P with the barn and stable in Hearsall: to James Crisp, butcher, 1771 (with bond); to Jonathan Rowland, yeoman, 1783 with a report of the Committee appointed by the vestry to view the parts of the church estate which were out of repair in 1798: this mentions that Rowland has repaired the barn, but the land is in bad condition because he grew flax on it which is probably contrary to the covenants of his lease; to Wm. Walton, cowkeeper, 1845.
