Howl) willingness to surrender the land without a rent reduction and re the rector's erection of an iron fence for the new churchyard and payment of all legal charges for the transfer, 15 May 1908 (DR0254/11/1); corres. from G.M. Seabroke & Son of Rugby, solicitors, re the drafting of the Deed Poll and execution of the same etc., and enclosing a detailed bill of costs of the Vendor's solicitors (E. Caddick & Co. of West Bromwich), and Abstract of the Title of the Surviving Trustee of the will of the late J.H. Pearson, esq., (d. 1 May 1902) to land at Frankton (1873-1905) abstracting, inter alia, the Indenture of 4 Nov 1873 by which Webb's Close and Cook's Close (a small strip next the churchyard), inter alia, it is recited, were conveyed to W.J. Edmonds of Southrop (Glos.), 13 July 1868, who mortgaged it, 14 and 15 July 1868, to secure £3,000 and £1,000 respectively (and later assigned the same mortgages, 1870-1872) and then conveyed it, inter alia in Frankton, to J.H.
