Clark for a plan of the house from Mr Woodman. He also requests the following information: As to the Land: The amount of rent received from the sub tenants and the tenures of the land, is there any Tithe or land tax. As to the House: The rateable value (Gross and Net), the Income Tax Assessment (Gross and net), whether there is any land tax. This information is written in pencil on the letter. He also request two photographs of the house, one of the front elevation and one of the north. States that Revd. Clark or the Board will be responsible for paying any fees in this matter. |
