| Description | By her will, dated 13 Oct 1903, Mrs. Henrietta Ann Cunningham of 99 Ditchling Road, Brighton bequeathed £100 to the vicar and churchwardens upon trust to be invested, the income to be applied in keeping her grave at Lillington in repair and planted with flowers (void because of its breach of the rule with regard to perpetuities) and the surplus to be applied to the Church Expenses Fund (the only gift to take effect). |
