Includes, on part of the first paper leaf, a list, as in DRB0064/115, of those who shall be accepted for sureties, 27 June 1677; also includes, on six parchment leaves bound in at the front, a copy (certified by five signatures) of what appeared in the "origenall and first booke", being a full description by John Howman alias Fecknam, 6 March 1548, of his setting up this loan charity, with the conditions relating to recipients, distribution, and recording, followed by a list of those who "have given to the encrease of this poore menn's money ...", and details of a further charity and gifts to the church 1633.
