Will. Lalleford, rector of the church of St. Nicholas' of Warwick gave and confirmed to Richard Smyth of Southam and Joanna his wife all his tenement in Southam and 14½ acres of land. The tenement lay between those of Thomas Jurdan and John Baylly. The land was in the fields of Southam and lay as follows:
