DescriptionWhereby Wright, who has agreed on 29 May 1828 to purchase the property (containing 19a approx.) from Turner for £1,500 on condition that the Trustees will proceed with the exchange, now, in consideration of £1,500 paid by Wright to Turner, Wright and Turner convey the property, consisting of the Home Ground with a hovel and yard and Parson's Piece divided in 2 parts, containing in all 19 acres, to the Trustees. In return, the Trustees convey to Wright 15 messuages or cottages in Southam, of which 4 are occupied by the parish officers, and 11 leased out, and also a tenement called the Engine House, with any other house property belonging to the Trustees in Southam. Schedules and plans of the properties annexed, Endorsed that this deed was inrolled in the Bishop's Registry at Lichfield, Book H, folio 587.
