Title	Thomas Wade of Sutton Coldfield and John Wade granted to John Ronton and Agnes his wife a tenement with garden adjoining in a street leading from the Great Bridge to St. Nicholas' Church called St. Nicholas' Street, between their cottage which Thomas Smith held and their other cottage which Thomas Iremonger held, and extending from the street to St. Nicholas' meadow; which tenement they had by grant from Henry Cooke late of Warwick with other land and tenements in the town and fields of Warwick and Whitnash.
