John Nobull of Warwick granted to Elene his wife and Agnes their daughter a messuage with croft adjoining which he had from the grant of Thomas Shenston, kinsman and heir of Richard Ferrour of Warwick, to hold for their lives with remainder to the issue of Agnes if she is the survivor, but in case of no issue, then to John Arnold of Warwick, the elder, for his life, and on his death the property to be sold and the money used for celebrating mass and for other charitable works for his soul and all the souls of the faithful dead.
