| Description | Deed of lease for ever by Richard Shirley and John Boteler, gentlemen, to Nicholas Brome, esquire and Leticia his wife, of the manor of Wodecote with appurtenances, and all lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services in the townships and fields of Overwodecote and Netherwodecote, which they had, among other things, of the gift of Nicholas, for the term of their lives, then of the male heirs of Nicholas and his late wife Katherine, then of the male heirs of Nicholas and Letitia, and then of his remaining heirs for ever, to be held of the capital lord of the fee, with a clause appointing Reginald Legh and Robert Chirchmilner attorneys to deliver seisin.
