| Description | Deed of gift by Agnes, lately wife of Simon le Pursere of Warwick, one of the heirs of John le Whitesmith of Warrewik, widow, to Adam Robynes of Milverton, of a messuage with adjoining croft and half a virgate of land [c15 acres] with meadows, grazing lands, pastures and appurtenances, which Simon Mabeley once held, in the township and fields of Wodecote Bertrames, to be held of the capital lord of the fee for ever, at the annual rent of 7 silver shillings while Agnes is alive, with clauses of warranty and sealing.
