RelatedMaterialAn 18th century transcription of this grant is copied in CR 26/3, a manuscript book belonging to Henry Wise in 1741, along with a transcript of a similar but fuller document involving the same parties, lands and office of cook. The book records that there was a seal, "bright red", of the Earl of Warwick attached, but this has been detached from its tag (the top of which is still in place), its whereabouts not being known at present.
