| Description | Deed of quitclaim from Thomas Bakynton, son and heir of the later Henry de Bakynton of Warrewik, to Lucy who was the wife of Henry de Wodelowe, and her children, Thomas, Alice and Alice [sic], of all right and claim to an annual rent of 9 and a half pence arising from a messuage and certain arable land in Wodelowe near Warrewik, with clause of sealing.
Witnesses: John de Wodelowe then lord of Wodelowe, Richard Wodelowe of Warrewik, Robert Walden of the same, Richard Martyn of the same, John de Whatcote, clerk, of the same, and others.
Dated at Warrewik, Sunday after the feast of St George the Martyr 11 Ric II.
