| Description | Deed whereby Lucy Wodelowe appoints William Marreys her attorney to act against her son John Wodelowe, the son and heir of Henry Wodelowe once her husband, for the recovery of all arrears and dowries from the manor of Wodelowe near Warr', a place called Stonhalle in the town of Warr' and all the other lands and holdings in which she and her daughter Alice, the wife of William as above, were enfeoffed in the town of Warr', giving full power to enter and distrain rent in arrears, to expel John and his tenants and occupiers, and to hand over possession to others.
