| Description | Indenture of lease by John Wodelowe alias John Pakwode of Wodelowe to Thomas Wodelowe, of all his messuage with lands, holdings, meadows, grazing lands, pastures, woods, and enclosures with appurtenances at Wodelowe, for the rest of John's life, at the annual rent of 8 marks of silver, with Thomas paying the "fifteenth" [a tax] due to the King and exonerating John from all feudal services, also with clauses for distraint for non-repayment within 15 days , re-possession with 3 months, good repair and maintenance by Thomas, warranty and sealing.
