| Description | Deed of gift from Alice Maiell, lately wife of John Maiell the elder of Warr', deceased, to John Brome of Warr' of her capital messuage of Wodelowe iuxta Warr', a tenement in the parish of St Nicholas, Warr', all her lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, grazing lands, pastures and woods with appurtenances in Wodelowe lately held by John Wodelowe (except for lands exchanged with the late Richard, Earl of Warwick), and other lands in Wodecote and Wotton called Bosworthe, to be held of the capital lord of the fee, with clauses of warrany and sealing.
