Description | Deed of gift from Alan de Wodelowe to Richard de Packwode, Rector of the Church of the Blessed Peter of Warr', of (i) all his land called Wodelowe [boundaries further described], (ii) 32 acres of land with appurtenances in Wodelowe which Alan had by the gift of Richard de Wodelowe, brother of Walter de Wodelowe [boundaries further described], (iii) all that land called Stothull, had of the gift of Alan's brother, Thomas, (iv) all that tenement called Collestede in Wodelowe with adjoining crofts and meadow, (v) a garden lying opposite the cemetery of St Nicholas, Warr', (vi) the reversion of a messuage (formerly of Henry Andreu) and 3 cottages held by Avis, Alan's mother, for the rest of her life and after her death falling to the said Richard and his heirs, (vii) the reversion of a messuage and half a virgate [i.e c15 acres] of land at Farnebergh to Thomas le Warde and Isabella his wife, to be held for the rest of Isabella's life and after her death falling to the said Richard and his heirs, and (ix) annual rents of 5s 11d and a pair of gloves arising out of different lands, etc at Warr' and Wodelowe [further details given], to be held of the capital lord of the fee for ever, with clauses of warranty and sealing.
