DescriptionIndenture of bargain and sale by Robert Brome of Woodlowe in the parish of St Nicholas, Warwick, to Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton of the Priory in or near Warwick, of the manor of Woodloes, several closes of land called Foxley Woods, the Grassy Fields, Benfords Close, Broome Close alias Sheepcote Leasowe and Bakers Close, and a messuage called Bakers House in the parish of Leek Wootton and several closes called the Cow Pasture, Upper Heathy Close and Nether Heathy Close (24 acres), the Great Rushbed (15 acres), Hill Field Meadow (14 acres), Long Meadow (15 acres), Leas (12 acres) and Little Rushbed in Over Woodcote and Nether Woodcote in the parishes of St Mary and St Nicholas in Warwick, with tenements, hereditaments, etc, in consideration of 10 shillings paid in hand and "a greater and more competent sum of money" to be paid.
Endorsed with enrolment in Chancery on 20 May 1658, and number "26".
