DescriptionDeed of gift by Ralph Brome, esquire, to Roger Wigston, Thomas Marrowe, John Hampden, esquire, Richard Newport the younger, Antony Brome, gentleman, and Robert Edgeworth, of all his manors of Wodlowe, Overwodecote and Netherwodecote and all other lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, grazing lands, pastures, woods, underwoods, waters, ponds, moors and other hereditaments with appurtenances there, a tenement with lands, meadows, grazing lands and pastures in Offechurche in the tenure of John Barnett, a tenement with lands, meadows, grazing lands and pastures in Esthopp' in the tenure of William Westley, and a rent of 14d from lands and tenements in Warwic' of the Guild of Warwic', and a rent of 6d from lands and tenements in Warwic' of the wardens of the church of St Nicholas in Warwic', all to the use of Ralph Brome and his legitimate male heirs, then successively to Lady Constance Ferrers, wife of Edward Ferrers and her legitimate male heirs, then of the rightful heir of Nicholas Brome, esquire, father of Ralph Brome, to be held of the capital lord of the fee for ever, with clauses of warranty and sealing.
