| Description | Counterpart indenture of assignment of mortgage by demise by Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of the Priory in or near Warwick, baronet, and Edward Backwell of the city of London, esquire, to Thomas Hume of the City of Westminster, esquire, in consideration of £1030 paid by Hume to Backwell and £70 paid by Hume to Puckeringe, of the residue of a term of 1000 years, of the manor of Lillington, and several messuages, lands, etc at Lillington, reciting indenture of 23 Feb 13 Chas II.
