DescriptionIndenture of assignment of a term in trust to attend the inheritance between Sir Henry Puckering alias Newton of the Priory in or near Warwick, baronet, of the 1st part, Anthony Keck of the Inner Temple, London, esquire, of the 2nd part, and Francis Fisher of Radford Semele, esquire, William Colmore of the town of Warwick, esquire, and Sir Roger Bradshaigh jun. of Haigh, Lancashire, knight, of the 3rd part, in consideration of £1200 paid to Keck by Puckering and of 5 shillings paid to Keck by Fisher, Colmore and Bradshaigh, of the manor of Lillington, and messuages, lands, etc at Lillington, reciting indentures of 23 February 13 Chas II, 2 March 17 Chas II and 24 June 24 Chas II.
